+ Selling price per item of product = $125 ($5 rebate)
+ Does not include shipping fee, Import tax or VAT
+ Company requirement:
1. Must have an office and a complete team of staffs for administration, shipments, money withdrawals and self-pickup services of products.
2. Must have a valid Import license, especially for food and supplements.
3. Must understand your local tax and food regulations.
4. Must understand MLM regulations, its legality, and must be able to register Biogreen Science legally in your respective country.
5. Must provide PT Bio Organik Nusantara (Biogreen Science) with a minimum deposit of $100,000 and our company will provide a stock of products in a consignment model.
6. Must register each products in your country for importing our products legally.
7. Country stockist must write a formal letter and statement asking Biogreen Science to provide all documentations needed for all the necessary legal paper works in your country.

Term & Condition

+ Country stockist must earn a gross revenue of at least $500k within 6 months or $1 million within 1 year. If the Country stockist failed to achieve the agreed gross revenue, Biogreen Science has the right to appoint another Country stockist.
+ BioGreen HQ is not liable to provide its own import documents, nor Import tax information. Furthermore. VAT must be paid by the Country stockist and must be added to the final product price. At the End of every month, for every product moved/sold per month by the Country stockist, Biogreen Science will transfer back the amount of the Import Fee and VAT to the Country stockist.
+ Country stockist's cooperate income tax, annual tax, utility costs, employee salaries and any costs incurred there by, are the exclusive responsibilities of the country stockist. This is the agreement of consignment Business Model.
